Dissapointed in a product
In August (2015) I purchased an Elite Multi Cooker ITEM 370-045 – It has been 5 months and I have followed directions to a T and have taken extra good care of it. For the first time yesterday I used the roast function and when I washed the inner pot I noticed an area on the non stick coating that was bubbled up and it peeled right off as I washed (with a wash cloth). I do not use metal utensils, only silicone or plastic, I only wash with dish soap and a wash cloth. I am very upset as I use the cooker nearly every day for dinners.
Hello , I see that your item was originally purchased 7/2015 and replaced 8/2015. I’m sorry you have had another issue. At this time, the HSN 30 day return period has long expired and I’m unable to send another replacement. I recommend contacting the manufacturer for warranty assistance.
