I am very disappointed and unhappy!! I ordered a package December 4th and was scheduled for the delivery in 3 to 7 business days unfortunately it’s been longer than 3 to 7 business days I haven’t received my package and now it’s not scheduled for delivery until the 18th which is now a very big inconvenience!! All HSN offered was to file a complaint and that’s not good enough for me. I should be compensated or something this is ridiculous

I know how disappointed this is to know your package has been delayed by a few days @veryunhappy18. While there may be extenuating factors that can delay a package with the carrier, I’m more than happy to issue a $10 refund to Spendable Ka$h, which is HSN in store credit.
