I have been a member of HSN for many years. I have always been satisfied with the products I received. However, back in December 17, 2014 I ordered an Infinity tablet. In March I returned the tablet because it stopped working. In April I received another tablet. It was defective. I sent it back also. I have contacted the company, Mach Technologies, where the warranty was issued numerous times, but have not received anything but the run around. Mach Technologies was the company I dealt with from the beginning. They were the ones who received the returned tablets and yet they have referred me to two other companies, which have advised they can’t handle this issue. I am very disappointed since I have never had any problems with HSN. Since I purchased this tablet from HSN I feel that they should make sure that this company is held responsible for the warranty that they issued. Now, I don’t have a tablet or the money. Also, I have paid almost thirty dollars of my money to refund these products. I have contacted HSN which advised that I should also contact Mach Technologies. I really need to get a refund because I have already replaced the tablet. It has been seven months, which I feel is long enough for this matter to
have been settled.
File a complaint with your state’s Consumer Protection, Office of the Attorney General. They’ll help you if you have any recourse.
I appreciate your quick response. Unfortunately the number you provided is one that I have already contacted and I was told by an agent and the supervisor that they do not handle the refund or replacement of a product. The supervisor, Paul, gave me a number to Apollo Brands which I called and received a recording. The reason I contacted HSN is because I have exhausted every possible avenue in order to get this matter resolved. I have emailed, phoned every number that has been given to me and each time I either get a recording or another number to call. Each time I leave a message, no one ever calls me back. I have even been told that a refund was on the way. I am not a difficult person but I feel like I have lost my money and the defective tablet. At this point, all I want is for someone to refund me the money I paid for this tablet. I am tired of chasing a company that probably doesn’t even exist or has changed its name for whatever reason. I am the victim here. Of course it is out of your return frame because I have spent the last seven months trying to follow the correct procedure by contacting the company who held the warranty. As I said I have purchased many products and many warranties and never had a problem. I need to get this matter resolved.
Hello , I am very sorry to hear that the warranty is giving you some trouble. We take all of our customers feedback seriously, and so I have forwarded your feedback about this to our leadership teams. Regrettably we are not able to issue a refund for this order since it is outside our return time frames. I suggest that you continue working with the warranty company for a resolution. The number we have for the manufacturers warranty to be reached at is 1-844-400-8746.
