disappointed in order received
I just received my order for the two highgate manor plush throws they had a special on. I ordered beige, i received green which was not even a color option to order. I do not have anything green in my house, so i will just give these to someone else and take this as a loss as it is not worth returning them and being charged for the return shipping when the order total was not that much. So disappointed!

, I’m sorry to see that you received the wrong merchandise. If you still have this item, please don’t give it away. You don’t have to pay for return shipping for an incorrect item. I can send out an exchange if you would like to return the incorrect throws. Please reply and let me know what would work best for you.
I do not know if you have the color that i originally ordered still in stock. this was a flash type sale and when my friend tried to order same color it was sold out. If you still have them in beige I can return them as long as I am not charged for the shipping. First i want to make sure what i want is still available.
the item is a clearance item, 431-959 and it does not show the one i ordered is available.
Thank you for your response. I truly appreciate your wanting to help on this and to waive the return fee. It is not worth my time to return them. I can always give them away for a christmas present. Will just wait for a new special to come up, hopefully. If my color schemes were green influenced, I would use them myself but am sure someone in my family will like them as a gift. Just not sure how i was sent green to begin with when that was not even one of the color choices available at the time, but oh well. Again, thank you.
