Disappointed Big Time
Attempted to do some shopping a few weeks ago and today. Was told by customer service that i can’t place any orders because someone who used to share the same mailing address has a delinquent account.
My account is flawless. This is the first time I have ever been punished for someone elses wrong doing.
Can’t believe HSN has turned away a good customer.
@niecyb6, I truly apologize for the inconvenience. As soon as the issue on the other account is corrected, the hold will be immediately removed from the address and orders will be able to be placed again.
Which probably means never. Not sure why my account cant be reviewed to see “I” have never had any issues. Poor protocol.
