For the second time in less than a week, an item (which I assume sold out early this morning) has completely disappeared from the website. This is extremely annoying. I don’t mind that it’s sold out–that’s just a fact of life–but why are they being completely removed from the website? This time it’s the Heidi Daus necklace that goes with a number of “featured” items–556-564.

@lizzie818, I’m sorry for the frustration this is causing you. That is truly a beautiful piece and I can totally understand the annoyance of the disappearance. Sometimes items are temporarily removed from the website due to upcoming specials and promos. I would be on the look out for it tomorrow 7/05. 🙂
