Did not receive order
I spent $120 on an item that I never received. I thought that my daughter, who I purchased the item for, had taken the package to her room. When I finally realized that we in fact had never received it, I contacted customer service. But I was told it was too late and there was nothing they could do. So disappointed with HSN. 🙁

I was thinking that maybe the order had been returned to HSN but I was told that is not the case.
