Thanks any help out there I’m a newbie with DG pants and read all issues and I got lucky on the velvet only. They fit but not on all 8 pair cotton poly that superstrech color jeans. I still don’t know my true size in her line I’m between 12- 14. Not a 16 wow.
Oh- thank you so much for your response. I am looking for the right size. Thank you your very kind.
Hello and welcome to posting in the Community. The recommended care is machine wash, line dry. They may tighten up a little in a dryer but being 70% cotton, they won’t shrink like a 100% cotton garment to a smaller size overall. You can exchange your jeans for another size within 30 days of receipt. To do so, sign into your account, locate your order(s) in Order History and select Exchange. We’ll take care of the s&h.
Hi Scrapbook809 – I also have the blue Explore Air and just purchased the new Gold one. I asked Cricut and they said when I connect the new machine with my current Cricut account everything would be there. When I recieved the Gold machine I connected it to my laptop, completed the Cricut signup using my current account, and all of my previous content as well as the new content is there. I hope that helps!
