Denied and no refund yet
I tried to use the flex pay option was denied for what ever reason. My money was taken from my account order is canceled so I would like my money returned as well.. @hsn_krissy thank you
Hi @scardenas, I took a look at your order and see that our system has sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon their release of funds process.
