Denial of Flex pay
I don’t understand if there is an option for flex pay, then why deny the order after payment has been authorized? It should state, upon approval of the flex pay order so that customers like myself may understand that this is not definite and there may be certain circumstances that may go into effect to determine the approval. It’s very bothersome, especially after waiting 3 business days still and no reverse on payment with my credit card company. Please submit the release or whatever is needed on your end to my financial institution so that the funds can be readily available again. Very dissatisfied with the customer support and over all outcome of my first experience with HSN. Highly not recommended to purchase any products and will be contacting the BBB as well.
Hi @richie1104, I really am sorry to hear that your order has been canceled due to FlexPay Eligibility. I’ve gone ahead and sent an electronic request regarding the authorization. The time frame as to when those funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institutions release of funds policy.
