Dell Inspirion 17 5000 series – Broke
11/30/2016 Just received my new Dell Inspiron 17 5000 series laptop. I have only had it for 2 hours and the WI-FI is completly gone. Windows 10 downloaded some updates prior to the wi-fi disappearing but I don’t know if that caused it. Can’t even find my net work. I am typing this on my old HP. Then, HSN does not even send me a packaging slip. So who I am supposed to return it. Next, I waited over 2 hours for VTECH support and finally gave up on them. Now I have been on the phone for over a 1/2 hour with HSN trying to get someone who can tell me how to return this laptop etc…..I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HSN. AJ:catsad:
