Defective Products – Refund Return Shipping
Sent back 3 defective products. First was Anna Griffin bow storage box. Pegs would ot screw in. Very poor work. Then I had to send back 2 Cannon ink cartridges. One was open, cartridges were just laying around in the box. The other was missing one of the cartridges. Hopefully you can check my order history. Can you please refund my return shipping or instead add it to spendable Kash option?
, unfortunately it seems that the item wasn’t ready to be shipped yet so there was a delay placed on this shipment. I’ve reviewed the Auto-Ship® program and don’t see any details regarding delays with the other shipments, however if there are any issues in the future, we’ll be sure to let you know!

Is there no more quality control at HSN, and I though used items were supposed to be sent to HSN outlets?
