Defective Items Question?
I just received item# 593-960 both of the Grabbers were not working correctly. I managed to fix one but the other one is pretty much broke. I just called HSN customer service to see if any credit could be applied to my purchase because I didn’t want to box everything back up and the one was now working correctly. I was told they would only give me a $5.00 credit. The lady explained they could only do a percentage of an item. I don’t know if that was the truth or not? Why only a small percentage. I asked for a $15.00 credit, I didn’t think that was asking too much as it was less than half of what I paid. The quality control should have been better in the first place to not send two defective items in the same box. I have never asked for a credit before on anything from HSN. Is this the policy that HSN follows for any item that they ship out defective?
I really am sorry for this delayed response @saveyshop7 and to hear that you received part of your order defective. It is truly disappointing to hear and that is not how we anticipate our customers to receive their merchandise. As a courtesy, I’d be more than happy to honor your partial refund request in the form of Spendable Ka$h which is our form of in store credit.
