Defective item returned
I used the return label for a defective item ( order ending in 572)I received when I returned it. I should be credited $19.94 which was the price I paid with shipping. I was only credited approx $16 due to the easy return label. Please correct the credit for the full amount I paid, $19.94 I should not be charged to return a defective item.
Hi pi1! I’ve refunded that return shipping charge to your original method of payment. In the future, you’ll want to let customer service know before you ship if you’re returning anything damaged or defective and they can waive that fee for you.
