Defective Item- Arrived a heavily wrinkled mess and cannot gift it as is.
I purchased the item as a gift below, and received it today.
I also called HSN customer service twice today to report the item arrived as defective and I cannot gift it as is, and called them back to ensure I am credited my 1st monthly payment back to my debit card in full with no return charges taken out of it since the item arrived defective, and not ready to give as a gift.
Was really irritated that the HSN Slinky Vendor shipped a beautiful faux fur Glam Coat in black color to me all wrinkled up and balled into a small white plastic bag which arrived split at the seam since the item was really too large to fit nicely into it, and then it was placed inside of the HSN plastic delivery bag.
For the full price of $62.95 with HSN flex pays I would have though the Slinky Vendor would respect her clothes, and her HSN Customers, and not send item in a complete wrinkled mess, which I cannot gift as is. I took to furrier who looked at it and said it will eventually shed, is really cheap faux fur, and not worth it to pay $30.00 to have me steam clean the set in wrinkles out of it……..so this says it all!!!
Returning using the UPS prepaid return label which I shall hand to my UPS carrier and he will scan it into his UPS electronic device and return it to HSN for my full debit card refund of the 1st monthly payment I was charged.
