
Defective item 613965 returning for full refund back to Visa Card please

RE: (Defective Aroma Air Fryer returned for full Visa Card refund due to numerous dangerous defects as reported by gift recipient).
Friend said item was defective and dangerous to continue to use and many times burned her food even though she followed the Aroma booklet recipe directions to the letter.
Also item was really very big, bulky, and heavy, and the magnetic electrical cord even when inserted correctly would not turn the item on when she put the timer and desired temperature on without having to continually jiggle the magnetic cord for the Aroma multicooker air fryer item to turn on and properly safely operate, and that displays a defect in electrical product manufacturing, which is also very highly dangerous.
She also stated that the hinged lid cover was very heavy and bulky to open and close. Her adult granddaughter also tried the Aroma product and she also felt the same way, so this is being returned for these dangerous numerous defective product reasons.
Kindly refund my Visa Card when UPS carrier returns item to HSN Piney Flats using the prepaid HSN UPS Ground return label, and many thanks!
