Defective food chopper dicer returning for 1st full HSN Visa flex pay refund

Kitchen Master Multipurpose Slicer/Dicer with Peeler Tool

I received this defective item which broke after using it once, while dicing some food into large cubes.
The small stationary slider which is attached on the unit was supposed to move back and forth to release the square grids of small and large dicer blades, so they could be interchangeable, but instead it broke off completely.
I am including everything I received back to HSN since this unit is defective and totally useless, as far as using for kitchen prep.
Returning as defective and expect full HSN refund back to Visa Card of 1st HSN Flex payment of $23.08 Charged May 07, 2018.
Please do not charge me for return using the USPS prepaid return label since the item was defective after 1 use.
Had ordered another for a friend and just cancelled that order today.
Must say the julianne peeler and cleaning brush worked wonderfully!

Just a heads up please…..
The Post office opens again after today’s Memorial Day Holiday.
On Tuesday May 29th, 2018 is when this HSN defective food chopper will be returned to Postal Office using the HSN USPS prepaid return shipping label for a complete HSN 1st flex pay refund posted back to my Visa Card.
Thanks SLMangle, and glad to hear yours is still performing well, but I already ordered one this morning from a different web site, and was one I had for many years, and lost during a move.
If it is still made as well as the one I lost when moving, it should last for many years with heavy use:).
Redman, perhaps you should try again with this chopper. I’ve had mine forever and use it all the time…sounds like yours was just a defective fluke. This is one of the absolute best purchases I have ever made and I would recommend it to anyone. I just love it!!!
