Defective Fitbit Versa
The TS Fitbit Versa I received is defective (app will not connect to device). Please send a pre-paid return shipping label as I feel I shouldn’t have to pay to return a defective item. Thank you.
Kyle, is it possible to have the return label emailed to me? I was surprised with a trip to Italy for the holiday’s and I want to be sure the return is on it’s way before I leave. Thank you.
