EXTREMELY DISGUSTED. I bought a Joy Mangano product where you got 2 items. I gave them as 2 separate gifts as suggested in the presentation. One item was damaged, so I returned it for replacement. It was sent back, stating I needed to return everything to get a replacement. I reached out to ingenious designs the mangano co. I received absolutely no assistance. I would have been OK with a prorated refund, but no. I truly believe this is deceptive marketing on everyone’s part.
Don’t sell multiple items in a single promotion if you are not going to stand behind your products or return policy.

Hello , I’m sorry that you received a damaged item and we did not offer you any other options. For a full refund it is necessary to return the entire order, however, I’ll be glad to see if there is something I can do for a partial refund. Please post the item number.
