David's Cookies Order
This is the fourth David’s Cookies 148 ct assortment I have received. I get 2 orders. And again, David’s needs to learn how to count. The original shipment at Christmas was fine, Feb Valentine shipment (shipped in March) was short about 60 cookies in each order, HSN gave me a partial credit back. The next one was short about 50 cookies in each order and I didn’t bother to call. Plus, half those cookies were stale, with one inside bag not closed properly, so basically it was opened. I forgot to cancel and got another delivery today. And again, short 50 cookies per order. This is ridiculous and I’m cancelling whatever shipments are left and NEVER ordering David’s again. They used to be good, don’t know what their problem is, but counting to 148 shouldn’t be that hard. Ripping off customers is not good business.
Do you mean the order I just got PLUS the last order or just May’s? Still paying on the the older one too.
I am so sorry to learn that David’s Cookies still leaves so much to be desired, and that is also why I never order from them either.
Even ordering from David’s Cookies on Amazon makes no difference of receiving what you would never gift to another or even eat yourself. Stale, crumbled and smashed is not pro food shipping service, and David’s Cookies is guilty of these and also of shortchanging others regarding their intentional failure to properly include the # of items advertised in orders.
So much better food delivery service companies out there to choose from, so I chose to never order from Davids Cookies again since the Competition is so numerous and offers perfectly wonderful fresh tasting items and oyu receive everything promised in the advertisements, and that spells return satisfied consumers, and that also excludes Davids Cookies.
@me265, I’m so sorry to hear that this has been happening with your David’s Cookies orders! I can definitely understand just how upsetting this must be. I’ve issued a full refund for both of your recent orders which will post back to your original method of payment within the next 3 business days. I’ve also checked on your AutoShip orders and do see that they were cancelled already from your online account so you won’t receive any further shipments.
