I ordered a ring. Got it a week later. The ring was completely damaged. Smashed and stones falling out as I opened the package. I’m beyond heartbroken. Not sure why they would send it in a flat package that is sorted with hundreds of pounds of mail. This should have been boxed and fragile put on outside of package. When I called to get a new replacement the man would not honor a quicker shipping option. I’m so disappointed. This is my first HSN order and it might be my last. Can’t believe they wouldn’t honor an overnight shipping option….. Bad business.
, I’m so sorry to hear that your ring arrived damaged! I know this must have been disappointing to say the least. I do show that we’ve set up for a replacement to be sent out to you already which would be shipped via the same shipping method as your original order. The new ring will be expected to be delivered to you no later than 10/22/2016.
