Has anyone received damaged merchandise and had return shipping deducted from refund? I emailed C.S. but noticed you are not able to send attachments? Took pictures of the product ahead of time!
Sorry to hear this. 🙁 If you ever have a damaged item, you should let customer service know before you return it so the return shipping can be waived. What item was this for?
Yes, twice same item!!
I called VS and put a post it with arrow where the woven part had white marks, funny thing it was same item twice and one I bet at price, second one I bet at sale clearance. Wondering if it was material at exact same soit, or same exact one. Was a Wendy Williams got pint tank!!Two of same, hard to see but I saw it!!
