I purchased item 436-611 on 11/30 as a gift for my niece. When I took it out to wrap it the other day, I discovered it was broken. One of the strands of beads had 2/3 of the beads falling off. This was an obvious return, as the black velvet bag was not there. (Shame on QA). If it was an end strand I would just snip it off, but it’s right in the middle. I would appreciate it if I could have the return shipping fee waived and just have the funds returned to my original payment method. Thank you.
@marymary1969, sorry to hear your item arrived damaged. I’ve waived the cost for using the EZ Return Label with the order so it’ll be free to return. Once we receive it back, we’ll issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
