I bought the Anna Griffin Tool N One with Multipurpose Craft Tips and Bag. I am very pleased with the tools but the bag has separated from the zipper. Do I have to return the whole set or can just return the bag and have it replaced or credited???
@FitbyFran, I’m sorry to see the zipper has separated from the bag. Sadly, we don’t have any replacements at this time. You can return the item for a full refund or if you’d like to keep it as it is, I can issue a refund of $10 back to your original method of payment. Please let me know what option works best for you.
Like I stated, we pay for the magazine. On many if not all occassions the host state that there is no charge for the magazine, that it is "included" in the price of the item and I have no doubt many people take that as meaning "free." I think it’s obvious who sends us the refund.
Host sometimes remind me of lawyers and politicians, never giving it to you straight. They have an around the bush way of talking.
You’re right, the magazines aren’t free. They’re never promoted as free, but as included in the price of the item. The reason we can receive a refund is because a magazine subscription cancellation request must be honored. The refund comes from the publisher, not HSN.
