Damaged Goods Received: Hybrid Trainer Elite Elliptical and Recumbent Bike
Just received my Hybrid Trainer Elite Elliptical and Recumbent Bike this Wednesday……the box looked like it had been thrown around. After taking everything out of the box I began to assemble the equipment today……..only to realize the area beneath the seat (plastic of course) was damaged……what do I do? Of course Pro-Form is closed for the day; so I filed out their inquiry sheet…….should I assume my issue will be resolved?

You can certainly reach out to our partner directly for replacement parts by calling 866-509-9168. Or if you’d like we can submit a request to have the part shipped out to you. Please send a Private Message with the following info:
- Damaged part(s), usually a number listed in the manual (i.e. missing part 29 left foot pedal).
- The item’s Serial Number (a sticker decal with this information is placed on the machine, as well as on the outside of the shipping box).
- The machine’s Model Number (this can be located on the cover of the item’s User Manual).
Parts typically arrive in 15-21 days.
