It’s been well over a month since you sliced and diced up the Arcade. I wrote you back then that the Daily Jigsaw Puzzle does not come up on my Mac either using IE or Chrome. I’ve tried it on my husband’s and it won’t work on his either. All there is, is a square white box with nothing in it.
It’s bad enough when these new games don’t work, but not being able to do the daily puzzle means everyday I am not in the contest for the daily special.
You gave me and others no help when I and others were complaining a month ago, I certainly hope you have a fix by now.
I am so sorry to hear that you are still having trouble playing the Daily Puzzle, @lemire. We want you to enjoy your time in the arcade, not be stressed. Please be sure that your flash software is up to date. We also recommend using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer when playing these games.
