Daily Puzzle – STILL
I have written you before regarding the Daily Puzzle does not work since you blew up the Arcade months ago. You gave me next to no information to fix the problem. I figured I would just give it a while – well it’s now been a lot of time and when I click on the Puzzle it is just an empty box littered all around with your ads.
I use MacBook Pro, Mac OS High Sierra and the processor is 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5. I have both Safari and Chrome but next to none of the games work on Safari. All the games work on Chrome except the Daily Puzzle. I have the latest version of Flash and of course I’ve emptied all the cookies and trash YOU fill my computer with.
This is just unacceptable on all levels. You have had months to fix the game or get back with me on what I have to do to make it work. How can it be that all the games work – except the one game that is the only way to enter into the daily Puzzle.
I sincerely hope you respond to this with a bit more information than your typical reply of update Flash and empty cookies and cache. The problem is beyond that. I had no problem with the Puzzle until you made all the changes a few months ago.
I guess I’m back with you ERICA! Would you please give me instructions on manually adding “https://www.hsn.com” to your Chrome settings for Flash.
I have tried every way I can think of to do this but I still have a plain white box for Today’s Puzzle.
I keep getting told Customer Service will pass my problem along but they don’t tell me who that is, when they will do it or when I can expect an answer. After over 2 months you are the only one that has giving me any ideas at all. I can’t get it to work, please send step by step what you did please,
@lemire, I believe I have a fix for you. 🙂
Even if you have already enabled Flash for the Arcade, you will need to manually add “https://www.hsn.com” to your Chrome settings for Flash. This is because this particular game is set up differently than others in the Arcade. Let me know if you need help on how to do this. I did it and I’m able to play this puzzle now!
Could someone please tell me how long it takes to get a problem to the Arcade Team and to get a response back from them?
I’ve been told several times this problem would be passed on but it’s been over 3 months since they blew up the Arcade I find it real hard that all anyone will do is “pass on” on my problem.
The Daily Puzzle is the one I can’t play. What makes this worse than not just playing the game, I can’t get entered into the daily contest because of this. That is not only a problem but certainly is very unfair to me as I reported this right after you re-opened the Arcade and here I am, still not able to play the game.
I have not checked all the games but to my knowledge all the other games work including the other puzzle game. But of course, none of those games get you entered into the daily drawing. If you can’t fix the problem there should be some way to get entered into the drawing in a different manner,
I am still waiting for a fix so I can play the Daily Puzzle. Certainly one of your crack pot web people must have an answer. I could play just fine before you blew up the Arcade – so the problem certainly is at your end.
The “Daily Puzzle” is still nothing but a blank square, I never noticed there is another puzzle game – I tried it and it works fine.
I surely hope someone can figure out why the “Daily Puzzle” won’t even load in my computer so please make sure this goes to whoever might be able fix this.
I’m very sorry to see that you’re having trouble with the HSN Arcade, @lemire. It looks like you’ve exhausted all of our troubleshooting tips. I’d be happy to report your concern to the HSN Arcade team for you. Please clarify if you’re having trouble with the Today’s Special Jigsaw Puzzle or the Daily Jigsaw and I’ll get this sent over for you.
