Customer Specific Coupons
It makes me feel left out every time my sister or boyfriend gets a coupon and I don’t. I NEVER get coupons and shop HSN religiously. I do understand the need for “New Customer” coupons. I do NOT understand the “Customer Specific” coupons. Never getting coupons makes me feel UNWANTED. 🙁 🙁 🙁
I guess I should be complaining to the marketing team then. If u have any voice in the matter, plz pass it along that it makes customers feel unappreciated when the offers aren’t sent to everyone who is signed up for HSN communications.
I’m not talking about the coupons u can find online. I’m talking about the customer specific ones ppl get in their emails or on their HSN homepages. U can’t find those by doing a search.
