I just wanted to let everyone know of the perfect customer service treatment I received and tried to figure out where I can let HSN know about their people. Everyone has been very helpful to locate receipts for me and locate and send warranties for items I have purchased within the last year. Not just one person but everyone. Today it was Charity and Gwendolyn, on the phone. They were prompt to answer questions and assist me. And you know that famous phrase, “Can I help you with anything else?” It was yes each time.
I am wondering why customer service has no email address? They are very helpful on the phone, but I had a problem with a TV set delivered via UPS that was broken. Even though I called and spoke with a very nice person on the phone, I wanted to follow up with documentation, and was told there is no email address. This set was delivered on Monday the 28th and I am still waiting to be contacted on when it will be picked up and returned.
I keep hearing that if you spend 75 dollars today on clearance then you get free shipping. They have said it at least 10 times while I watched. I am not getting that when I check out. I called Customer Service, turned up my television and rewound to where she says it and played it for the rep and she was shocked. SHe couldn’t find this anywhere BUT Connie Craig-Carroll keeps saying it. I called to place an order over the phone and she could do the free shipping and it worked for her. How come I can’t get it to work. I want to place my own order. Help!
Hi @moodyshopper, do you remember the time that this was stated? I reviewed a couple of shows and I never heard anything about free shipping on clearance. Also, I don’t see where we are running a free shipping promotion on clearance items at this time. I did see that some items during the airings had free shipping.
