Worst customer service ever!! Placed an order then it was cancelled by HSN after they already took the funds out of my account. Now I have to wait 72hrs for the money to reverse. HSN get your **** together!! You have lost a loyal customer for good…

@mrsmitchell, I’m sorry to hear about this order being canceled.I looked into this and it shows it was canceled because you were not approved for Flexpay. When an order is placed, we authorize the bank for the amount. Once an order is canceled, we communicate to the bank to remove the authorization. If you’d like more info on why this Flexpay was not approved, you can reach our Flexpay team directly at 800-879-2559.
The problem I have is why?? I have been doing flex pay many many many times with no issues so all the sudden my order gets cancelled for flex pay which HSN offered not me… and then they take the money and then process the oder then cancel it… and I the customer have to wait for the money to get reversed when I did nothing wrong. And to top it off no one can explain why the flex pay was not approved… seems like HSN needs to decide before offering an item on flex pay the accepting the order.
And no one at that 800 number can explain why I have already called…
AND…. I had the $20 off for the Visa checkout and since the order processed even though it got cancelled I can’t get that coupon back. This is exactly why QVC is getting my business. HSN needs to get it together… very sad!
@mrsmitchell, My apologies for the frustration this has caused you. We definitely want you to have an enjoyable shopping experience with us. I see that we have replaced the coupon with $20 of KA$H (expires 8/19/17) on your account to use on your next purchase.
