I am very disappointed with my customer service experience today. On your crafting day I purchased 4 different items, one being a Wolverine digital negative/slide converter which cost $140. The presentation included a micro sd card and adapter to be included to use in the product. I read the product manual which specifically states you are not to use a micro with an adapter as it causes the scanner to freeze. When I contacted customer service, the rep gave me the number of the manufacturer to call. I asked how this would help as they clearly state NOT to use the adapter. She then told me that if they couldn’t help I should go buy one. I asked why I should have to pay extra when they made the error. She said I could call back for a reimbursement. Why am I doing the leg work when HSN gave me the wrong item?

This bundle does arrive to us prepackaged from our partner, and we are unable to provide different pieces.
