Customer Service takes care of their customers!
Hello, Lisa, this is for you. I had two issues and you fixed them within minutes. I do understand, there are things they need improvement! I see lots of unhappy comments here, regarding return, price adjustment, etc!
I pick up the phone and give the customer service all the information i have and they need. This way, it is noted on my account and all works out .
That being said, yes HSN can’t make everyone happy and i had to learn too. Give them a chance and call them with your problems. Is an item defective, they will exchange or refund asap! Merchandise being shipped from the vendor and no return label, call CS!
