Customer Service Please
I amended my title as it wasn’t very kind.I sure hate to think that those that answer customer emails and chat help are not telling me the truth. I ordered a quilt on October 11th. It was supposed to ship in 3-7 days. Still says Packaging. I spoke with Chat help who told me it should arrive this Friday. After two days it still says packaging so I send an email. The reply I got was there was an issue in the warehouse, they have identified the items that should have shipped. Here we are 24 hours later and my item still hasn’t shipped. The bed I ordered will be here but my lovely comfortor will not. I would ask for a refund but I really want that comforter. At the very least I feel you should provide free expediated shipping on this item. I ordered sheets from your competeter on the same day that were delivered on MONDAY. Please reply with how you all will make this right for all of us whose items have been in packaging status for a week or longer.

I’m also sorry for any incorrect information you were provided but the expected delivery date for your order isn’t until 10/21. Please let me know if you don’t receive your order by the end of 10/21 for further assistance.
