Hi HSN Customer Service,
Regarding Order # ********** Item# 549620
Item arrived defective and missing the water tank plug cap part, so it cannot be operated in this defective missing part condition.
I tried repacking it but cannot fit the top cardboard piece back in the box, so I will not be using it. BTW everything fit back in the box without that cardboard piece on the top, and nothing is moving around within the box, so everything is safe. Sorry but I could not fit that cardboard piece and everything back in the way it was professionally packed. (Please advise reply).
I called HSN and asked them to mail me prepaid return labels which will arrive in 8 days, and then it will be returned as defective with missing part noted on the return form, at no cost to me for defective item return shipping, so please refund my Visa Card my full refund of price I paid to HSN towards this Flex Pay Item item, and please reply acknowledge.
I also made a printout on HSN.com to return merchandise and decided not to use that since it only prints out a pay for your return shipping label, so I rather wait for the 2 prepaid return labels from HSN as noted above. Kindly note my account of the above information asap. and advise reply.
