Customer Service Ain’t THAT Busy!
This is the second time I have been told customer service was busy and to leave my name and number and I would get a call back but never did. I was told 10 minutes. You know how long I have been waiting now? Almost 3 hours!
I see that the Bose has sold out. Fuming mad. Absolutely fuming.
1. Does your HSN Warranty start the year AFTER the Bose 1 year warranty expires? In other words, I don’t want to be paying for a 3 year warranty when technically I would only be getting 2 years because the Bose & HSN warranty in the FIRST year was going on concurrently? Or if you get the HSN warranty does it just automatically nullify the Bose 1 year warranty?
2. If I were to get the Bose with the 12 month HSN card financing, is it a SEPARATE charge from the other money I owe on my HSN card, which usually never carries a 0 balance? In other words, when I go to pay my bill, will I be paying the monthly payment for the Bose and also a monthly payment on the rest of my purchases? I don’t want to pay $100 and find out that the $25 – $30 has not been paid towards the balsnce of the Bose.
See? I told you my questions were complicated!
Totally unacceptable. You must be pushing all the customers who decide to get a call back to the back of the queue or are just ignoring them completely. My questions are too complicated to play chat tag, I need to speak to someone and I need to do it before the Bose Special sells out. I have waited long enough, and would appreciate someone calling me now, and I don’t think that is asking too much.
