I received a Birthday 20% off coupon from HSN. It didnt’ process….I asked to talk to a supervisor. This girl needs to work at circle K ….because her customer service skills are at a zero…..first rule….listen…let the customer tell you what the problem is….she kept interupting me…..I will never order anything again from HSN again….her professionalism was not there….. the representaive for my order was amazing, but, this girl must have skipped a few training videos.
