"Customer has an account block"
When I go to order something it says my account has a block. Last month I received my HSN VIP Financing card so, why can’t I order anything?

I broke down n ordered a pillow set on clearance today. I have chronic neck pain, and she said it would help, so I’m puttin her to the test! Hope I love em!
Never tried the pillow, because I have a bad back and any new pillow causes problems with my neck. The only fragrance product I have of Joy’s is the sticks that came with the huggable hangers and totes last year before Christmas. The scents really didn’t last as long as advertised, but they did smell nice while it lasted.
That’s wonderful! Ever tried the pillows? Or scents? Kinda curious about those…
