Customer Appreciation…Not So Much
Ordered a hairspray and half way through,it’s blowing air and spritzing some spray.Evidently,there’s a problem with the nozzle.
Was offered to return the spray, which I would have to ask why?
What good is returning something that is trash? Wont do me or you any good.After all these years, being a consistent excellent customer I feel I’m not trusted.Thanks! anyways,Ill be cancelling my auto ship.

I’m truly sorry for your disappointment in our service. We never want you to feel mistreated. It’s normal for us to request a return to inspect the item, in order to help prevent mishaps.with the spray bottle. I hope this doesn’t keep you from shopping with us in the future.
