Customer appreciation is a lie!!!
Hsn closed my account due to returns! LOL!! How many times do hosts say return anything for any reason! LIES!!
@allibaba, I know the status of your account is disappointing. We want you to exercise the return policy but still be a place that provides you with items best suited for you. Your feedback has been noted.
So “return any item anytime” is a LIE. My feedback does nothing for people like me who was a loyal customer for over 20 years! I just can’t believe HSN would do something like this! I will tell anyone who will listen until HSN makes it right.
