Unfortunately, my experience with HSN has been dismal with regards to ordering the Cricut Maker Bundle. I’ve contacted customer service 5 times (one email; 4 calls) and spoken to 5 reps and one supervisor. It is astounding the lengths HSN goes to in placating customers and avoiding making statements about items being Sold Out, instead items are “Over Sold”. The culminating event happened once I spoke with a Supervisor, Bill. Bill created an account for me, assured me that my payment had been authorized and that I would receive my item within 3 to 7 days. None of this happened. The account would not link up to my order, there was no preauth on my bank account and my item was not going to ship within 3 to 7 days. I know this because I followed up the next day and the rep and supervisor both expressed disbelief in Bill’s assertions but confirmed he made those statements because Bill had documented what he told me. No one was able to tell me when I’d actually receive this item. I was told the manufacturer is great at fulfilling orders within two weeks. It’s been 2½ weeks already since I ordered it and still have not received any notice if it’s back in stock and ready to be shipped to me. Regardless of if I cancel or actually receive this item, this will be the last interaction I have with HSN. I’m both astonished by how I was treated and greatly disappointed.
Hi @hsn_krissy. Thanks for the update. I did receive the email confirming this. Again, at this point it is not so much about not having received the item but how I was treated. It kinda took the excitement out of the purchase and, frankly, am pretty numb to receiving it. My initial post does not include all the details of the conversations that added so much frustration and feeling of being dismissed. I’m sure I’ll get excited once I receive the machine. Thanks again.

I completely understand your disappointment and frustration surrounding your interaction with us @totini. I took a look at your order and see that your order went through our verification process which delayed your order. It looks like we are working to fulfill all orders that are currently waiting to be processed and anticipate the order to be fulfilled by 12/17/17. It is definitely disappointing to hear of your experience with us and appreciate you sharing it with us. I’ll see what I can find out for you.
