Crickets as in No Response to tickets
I am also in the “No Tickets” club and I have written to HSN Customer Service and exchanged many, many emails with no solution. Then I started posting in the HSN Community and several mods or HSN arcade hosts actually replied. I provided all of them the pertinent data and did all the usual clear cache/cookies. Then CRICKETS – absolutely no response after answering all their questions. I am retired so it was just a case of wasting my time trying to get a solution from people who are being paid to run this program – so all I got for wasting my time was – CRICKETS.
Hmm, that is concerning as they should be answering every email received. I’ll check in with them and see what’s going on.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your tickets. Unfortunately we don’t handle the arcade technical side so we are not able to do anything here for you. You can reach the arcade team directly here, under option 37.
That’s the problem Sarah, 99% of the time we do not even get a response. This started when the arcade was updated and the email correspondence started going to .com customer service and not directly to the arcade team or Arkadium as in the past. 🙁
