STOP TAKING PEOPLES MONEY BEFORE APPROVING THEM FOR CREDIT OM FLEX PAY. They took out 400$ and then denied my order due to my credit. This is inconvenient and a scam. There should be a description saying “subject to credit approval.” THEN to make things WORSE. you have a nerve to tell me it’s gonna take 3-5 business days to refund money for a product I NEVER got. Back to QVC I go!!!!

Let me begin by saying that information regarding a soft credit check is listed on our webpage. When you see this option listed on an item page, you will notice the word FlexPay is blue… if you click on it it will give you full details about FlexPay and the process. It is also important to note that anytime you place an order your method of payment is only authorized to ensure the funds are available. Your account is not charged until an order is actually shipped out. When an order is cancelled we release our request and your account is never charged. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 72 business hours to see the pending authorization fall off. Please let me know if there is anything I can assist you with.
