Craft Day Problem
I ordered the Anna G TS Tuesday evening before the midnight launch. I recorded all the shows to watch as I could. About 2:30 that afternoon I checked my order status and there was an entry noting my TS was cancelled then reordered. By that time I guess the TS was on extended delivery. I tried to find out what the cancellation and quick reorder but all customer service could offer was – we don’t know but we corrected it right away.
Sorry for the disappointment with this. I’ll forward your feedback to our leadership teams.
Yea they corrected it but I have to wait till Aril for my TS after ordering it before craft day? Not great customer service
