I just submitted an order for Colleen’s boxes using the Visa checkout coupon 170835 which is for $20 off $40. The items are not on clearance and I can’t find any reason it shouldn’t apply. I didn’t even use the flex pay or my Spendable Ka$h. When I added the coupon, it says -$20 applied, but all it did was subtract $10 from the most expensive of the boxes so my net order is only $10 off instead of $10. Can you help me understand what happened please.
Also, why won’t coupon 170128 work on item #455-749. Are vacuums considered electronics? That’s the only exclusion I can see that might apply.

Hmm… well that certainly is odd! The website is showing the Everything Box at a sale price but in our ordering system it is not. Because of the order status I’m not able to apply a credit to the order, but I did issue you a Spendable Kash credit for the other $10.
Coupon# 170128 can only be used once, so you won’t be able to get the discount again. Is this the one you’re trying to use or was there another coupon number?
Thank you for the credit, Erica. I used 170128 (20% off) on the second set of boxes from Colleen. (I did want two sets but was trying to maximize the savings.) That was different than the $20 off $40 coupon which was for using VISA checkout. I ordered 9 or 10 items I think in that second order and only a couple are showing up in my orders and/or emails: (I’m confused because I kept having problems and clearing and restarting the orders.)
The things in that second order were 415-142, 2 of 278-647, 490-740, 456-473, 456-997 (less the 20% coupon on #170128), 466-944, 2 of 428-655 and 440-798/ (The last 3 items ended up showing up as $0 when I checked my order status later, so I cancelled and reordered separately them separately.) In addition to the coupon, I used the $27.46 I had in spendable cash. At this point most of those items aren’t appearing in my orders, the coupon is showing it’s been used even though that item isn’t there, and my spendable cash says I have $13 left (plus the $10 you just gave me). I don’t know whether to reorder (or what to reorder) or if it will all settle out tonight.
Okay! 🙂 I’m showing that the coupon did apply a $20 discount to your “Everything” box giving you an order total of $17.95. It is possible that the authorization is showing for the order total less the discount on your method of payment.
I see that item# 455-749 is currently being featured at a sale price which excludes it from the coupon.
Thanks, Erica; but I’m still confused on the Everything box. It’s on sale for $24.95. The coupon discounted it to $14.95 + $3 shipping for the $17.95 discount. What happened to the other $10? It didn’t apply it to the other item in that order which was one of 456-997 with the order number that’s just one away from the Everything box.
I’m also confused because I just ordered a second 456-997 going through my regular HSN checkout and applying a 20% coupon, but I’m not even seeing it in my order history or status at the moment. I had to cancel a couple of orders because they were showing up in order history as $0; so I reordered them separately. Now I’m wondering if everything I ordered has really been ordered. I’m also not seeing a number of other items I ordered and I checked my email and I haven’t received confirmation on those items (or even on the Everything box order through Visa Checkout for that matter).
