Coupon did not apply correctly
I applied the $10 off coupon code Holiday10 for order #xxxxxxxxxx. It didn’t seem to go through. Could I get this code retrospectly applied? If not, please cancel the order.

, sorry to hear that you had trouble getting your coupon applied to your order. The order has already been sent to our warehouse for shipping so I wasn’t able to apply the coupon to it, however I have issued a $10 refund on the order in lieu of the coupon. Your refund will post back to your original method of payment within the next 3 business days.
