Hello– Last night I was trying to place an order and I have to admit I had waited a little too long because I get side tracked; I was going to place an order earlier in the evening but then reminded the incentive points I get through shopping through the Upromise website. I had added in the coupon codes and it made the appropriate adjustment but then I back out of the order and deleted the coupon code. So when I went back into HSN it was prior to 11:59pm your time but I kept getting a message that the coupon code was invalid. I was double checking the email to make sure it was correct which it was. By the time I contacted "the chat" it was 12:01am your time and the rep said there was absolutely nothing they could do for me. In the past I have had coupon codes become in valid when I’ve back out a sale and the code actually was never used. The code was 156781 20% off. I understand the order needs to be placed before 11:59pm in order to coupon to be valid but I truly feel there was an issue with the coupon. Thank you for you consideration.
