Coupon 178184 not working as advertised
It will not work and I’m making sure its items that would be covered in the orders I’ve tried to place. Look at the coupons forum page please. I don’t understand why HSN would put that info on TV and on the shopping site for it not to work?
I just tried another order and it will not work. I would appreciate you checking on this for your customers as this can only be used today. On a chat after midnight last night a CS rep gave me the coupon in the form of spendable Kash. I also had 20.00 Kash from another time. All of this has disappeared from my account and I did not get the 35.00 credit I should have received on my order of the 3 TS bras. I would like to place additional orders as it says it can be used more than once. Do I need to call for each order today? Can you please check my account and make sure I get my 35.00 credit I didn’t receive? Thank you, Angela

Thank you HSN CS for straightening this out for me. I called CS and was able to get my coupon to work and use my spendable Kash.
@Angl33, I’m sorry to hear that you had trouble getting the coupon to apply to your orders. The coupon code should definitely be working and I apologize that it didn’t when you placed your orders. Unfortunately once an order is placed, we don’t have a way to go back and apply a coupon to it however once your orders are sent to our warehouse for shipping and the charges are completed, I’d be glad to issue a $15 refund for each of them so that you can receive the discount. Or if you’d prefer Spendable Ka$h for the amount, I can assist this way instead. Let me know which works best for you and I’ll be happy to help.
@hsn_kyle, I’m really not sure that it is working for anyone. Even when I access the site from the email I received, the code won’t work on anything. And I have tried it on a variety of items – none of which are listed as exclusions. Seems a rather widespread problem.

Here is the message I and others are getting even when our orders are qualified for the coupon.

Sorry, the coupon code entered is either invalid or inactive. If you are trying to enter a gift certificate, please check to make sure you typed in the full 15 digit number. If your certificate is less than 15 digits, please try again adding zeros to the beginning of the number.
