1. I saw this coupon on your website in the top left hand corner under the black menu bar, therefore, I assumed I was one of the honored few who would be able to use it. If you messed up and plastered it there for everyone to see, it’s on you and you should honor it!
2. I have spoken to 3 customer service reps who insist it has to be ONE item $30 or over, when clearly the rules say one or MORE items. I just got off the phone with some guy who was telling me I could use the coupon multiple times as long as each item was over $30! Uh, I don’t think so.
3. There is a long thread on this coupon, and people are very, very unhappy. Frankly, I am fed up with this nonsense of coupons for select customers only. You know people are going to post them, and it certainly doesn’t win you new fans.
So, was this an error on your part? There seems to be a lot of dancing around this, and a whole lot of resentment circulating.
