COMPLETELY RUINED MY SON’S CHRISTMAS
This my first time ordering from HSN and because they had a great bundle deal on the Xbox for my son , I jumped on it. When I call to place my order I was told that I was pre-approved for a credit card so instead of using the money that I had saved to purchase my son’s Xbox I put the whole amount on a credit card and was so excited and waiting for Christmas. 2 hours after I place my order I received the cancel order email stating that I did not qualify for Flex payments but I didn’t even apply Flex payments period after staying on the phone with customer service back and forth for over 4 hours I was finally able to confirm my order they fix the error and I was waiting patiently for my package to arrive tomorrow. The days before my package supposed to arrive I received another email saying that my package has been canceled and they were out of stock. By this time I have spent the money that I had saved for my son’s Xbox because I was anticipating it coming in the mail. When I called HSN in a frantic hoping that it was an email error Kama I was told sorry we can give you a $50 credit but that’s all we can do because there vendor made an error and no longer has it in stock even though I was already told that it was shipped and on its way. For this to be done right before Christmas is appalling. I have cried all day because I have no idea how I’m going to get my son the only gift that he asked for for Christmas. The customer service I received was disgusting and the lack of caring about ruining my child’s Christmas saddens me. I have never been more disgusted with a purchase in my life and will never forget this experience
Run from HSN….I have only started to deal with my issue. But now I have decided to take it to socia medial……wait to you see the youtube video we are making about HSN

I too, had a terrible experience with HSN.
This is my 1st time ordering through HSN & will not be recommending to anyone.
I ordered an item the Cricut Explore Air 2 – Gold on Nov. 2nd and did the online chat to follow up on the order several times and each time I was told it was coming & would get an email update. I patiently waited. Did an online chat on Dec.20 almost 2 months later.. My order had been cancelled. Very upsetting, I had passed on several good deal on this product especially on black Friday all because I was told my order would be shipping shortly. Now I am told my order has been cancelled. but the status on my order states it is in packaging – still not notifying me it has been cancelled. I had planned to use this to make the bday decorations for my son’s 1st birthday. but I guess I wont have the chance to do that.
Oh & all I was offered was $10 spendable cash.. but that was on the 1st or 2nd online chat.
On the last online chat i had they had nothing to offer. I wasn’t very pleased with my last online chat experience.

Nik, so happy that both you and Josephinea were also mentioned on Adam’s show Monday night. Great to hear both your names since I see the two of you posting in Community. It’s like “ole” home week…..
