Christmas in July shipping question.
Hello again, most excellent HSN mods…shockingly, I have a question. I read and re-read the fine print on the current $5 shipping for Christmas in July items, and the terms specifically state: “Offer includes clearance”. Now, so far tonight I have ordered 11 items – I paid the $5 for one item, but rather than getting free shipping on all the other items, I have only received reduced shipping. This brings my total spent on shipping so far to $20 – NOT $5. I had intended to purchase additional items, but if I have to continue paying additional shipping for them, I likely will not do so. Can you please look into this for me? It would be very much appreciated! Thank you!
I’m so embarrassed @seanchai! Sorry for my mistake. I’ve issued $15 in Spendable Ka$h to your account for you to use immediately. Please let me know if you do anymore shopping today so we can compensate you the difference.
Now, is fine hon. But do double check your math please. *wink.* 10 x 1.5 is 15. Thank you!!! 😉
You’re not a problem, @seanchai. $11.50 is the amount that should be refunded at this time. I show that you ordered one item where you were charged $5 for S&H and 10 orders with $1.50 charged for S&H. Since you have to pay $5 in S&H, I multiplied 1.50 x 10 and came up with 11.50. I’m very sorry this promotion isn’t working correctly but we’ll refund the difference once the orders process. Would you like me to add the Spendable Ka$h to your account now or would you like me to wait until your’re finished shopping for the day.
Hi, @hsn_ryan – thanks for your help, yet again. I suppose Spendable Ka$h is fine, but I am curious where your $11.50 amount came from. According to my calculations, $20 minus $5 is $15. Also, what about the other items I would like to order? The shipping cost is still showing up for the other items in my bag as well. 😕 Sorry to be a bother!
@seanchai, I’m very sorry to see this. I can either give you $11.50 Spendable Kash(in-store credit) or we can let the orders process and I can issue a refund back to your original method of payment. Please let me know which way works best for you.
